Hello I am new here but i am really hoping you guys can help me out.
My mom has a 2002 v70 XC with some major electrical issues. Apparently she was driving down the highway the other night and lost almost all of the electrical components in the car. The instrument cluster is black and gauges are all at 0, no power windows, no blinkers or brights, no seat adjusters and i am sure there are a few other disabled features as well. She said they all just went out at once, I find it odd because other electrical features work completely fine like the brake lights and the stereo. I am hoping someone can give me some insight into the issue or even direct me in a place to look. I am hoping to resolve this issue pretty quickly because the sun roof is stuck open and we live in Seattle, I am trying to avoid a soggy volvo... I am going to continue tinkering with it by checking fuses, maybe renting an ECU reader and I will report back with any new findings. In the mean time thanks for the help on this one.
