Unhappy High pressure headlight washer don't work

Hi, got problem with my headlight washers, Vida shows "CEM-B1C8214 Headlamp Washer Relay A. General Electrical Failures. Circuit Short To Ground Or Open" error.

I wanted to check wires from headlight washer pump to CEM module-on pump its easy to find it (Blue-Black wire) but I am not sure which pin on CEM module it is, wiring schemes says its on connector C1 and pin # 47 but doesn't say what color or show clearly which connector it is.The CEM module looks like this https://admin.volvo-csparts.be/inclu...n/2000/498.jpg anyone know which connector- green, blue or brown it should be?

Also is there any way to check if my pump motor is working?

I also found some info that connector 74/308 could be causing problems due to oxidation but I cant find it anywhere. Maybe someone know it's exact location on 2008 XC70 136kw diesel?

I can access the motor it self and connector on it after removing front left wheel and plastic liner, but I cant find wire branching point which marked as connector 74/308. in this diagram https://www.manualslib.com/manual/53...0.html?page=79. And also C1:47 wire at CEM connector is still unclear.

Edit: found C1:48 wire instead, tho it was pain in *** to get to R9 relay as its "smartly" designed to be under fuse box in engine apartment... thanks Volvo. Anyway that wire rings, and C1:47 which is/should be next to C1:48 and go straight till pump does not ring. So, I am thinking that most likely its 74/308 connector which most likely will be "smartly" put somewhere under bumper...thanks again Volvo. Oh and btw if some1 else gonna need C1 connector on CEM module- its the green one. Aight, going back to dismantle another half of the car to make it squirt some water on lamps...THANKS VOLVO.

Thumbs up Salvation

Ok, I was a bit pissed because of that two-floor-hard-to-access fuse box...sry about that.

Anyway, problem solved - it was indeed that Blue-Black wire which didn't rang from CEM module at C1:47 pin (green connector, pin numbers written on CEM module) to the pump connector. The mysterious connector 74/308 is on passenger side ( mine is left side driver car) and it can be accessed by removing fog lamp on bumper. So after testing pins on 74/308, C1:47 and pump connector it turned out to be a cut and oxidised wire between pump and 74/308 connector- replaced wire after removing bumper and everything works now.

I was hoping you could be a little more specific. My 2006 XC70 has a problem that the windshield washer leaks but works when filled. A mechanic said the "washer reservoir and headlight washer pump need replacement. Leaking. Estimate $295." Did you have this problem or a corroded wire? Thanks
