Default Oil Pouring out of the Exhaust... HELP!!!

I have a 2002 XC70. There is a ton of oil coming out of the tail pipe. I had a local turbo shop rebuild the turbo and replaced the PCV system and checked all return lines and the innercooler and oil still pours out of the tail pipe. What can cause this?

Any help is appreciacted!

Pull the turbo intake and see if the turbo has any shaft play. If the turbo is tight, there is a good chance that you have a blown valve stem seal. I'd hate to ask if you are sure that it is oil. If it is oil it is also smoking real good???

It is smoking quite a bit but not as bad as one would think with the amount of oil it is pumping out. If it is not oil what could it be? I mean it smells like oil and it's black like used oil.

Your catalytic converter is toast. The oil must be coming from the turbocharger. If it was coming from a blown valve stem seal or a failed oil ring, liquid oil would not pour out the exhaust. A quick look at the spark plugs would reveal if you have an issue in one cylinder. You didn't state the mileage so it tough to make suggestions. I'd worry about the shop that performed the work because the issue should have been resolved before the vehicle was returned.

Is the dripping oil the reason you took the vehicle to a shop ??
Did the shop recommend rebuilding the turbo to fix the problem ??
Some times coolant can loosen carbon in the exhaust and look black coming out the tailpipe.
