Hi all,

New to the forum and I have high hopes you all can help me.

First question is, I need the plastic cover that goes around the headlight ****, dash light dimmer and fuel hatch button. My local Volvo dealer wants to sell me the whole switch unit for $183.00 and all I need is the plastic housing part. Anyone know of a good resource on-line where I could find this piece? or is the dealer correct in that I can only get the whole unit. This is for a 2002 S80.

My other question is, sometimes when moving the power drivers seat when someone is sitting in it the fuse blows. When we're not sitting in the seat it moves without a problem. Anyone else experience this? The fuses are easy enough to replace but it's pretty annoying.

You can get any part from a salvage yard.My guess is that you have a bad seat motor. It's blowing the fuse under strain.
