Default 99 volvo s70 idle problem

I was wondering if anybody has ran across an idle problem on a 1999 volvo s70 turbo. Whats going on is it starts to surge up and down and whats really strange is it does not do it all the time. The car runs great down the road, I already replaced the fuel filter and used some injector cleaner, someone helpppppppppp, Thanks.............

Clean the throttle body and see if it helps.
If not the throttle body is going bad. The warranty was just extended for 10 Years 200,000 miles.

i have the exact same problem and i got a letter about the ETM warranty being extended. It said the warranty covered unstable idle or something like that, so im taking it in when i get the chance to get it fixed

the inner wheel well i think. its the plastic lining connected to the bumper, which is causing my bumper to be a little loose.

You might have unhooked the bumper cover on the end.
The wheel well goes from the front bumper where it is riveted to the rear of the inside of the fender by the Door.

The Air guide goes across the front of the car.

Probably cost about $100.00 or a little more for the part and labor.
