Question AC Problem

I have a 1995 960 wagon. I am having a problem with my AC. At first it was not putting out very cold air, the compressor was running. I took it to a garage and he added some R134a and some stop leak with with UV dye. It has been a month and the AC was on and all of a sudden it stopped. I went to check for leaks and found some dye around the value where you add the R134a. I went to autozone to pick up some more R134a and a gauge. I can home turn on the AC and fan connected the guage and it read around 125psi.
Please help.

You have to have the system on full blast to read the gauge. Was the compressor on when you turned the system on?

You need to figure that out. Do you know how to tell?

I do not hear the compressor cycling. How do I check to see if it still works

You can look at it. With the motor running and the system off, the front of the compressor sits still and does not spin. When you turn the ac on, the front of the compressor pulls in and spins with the rest of the compressor clutch.
