Default Check Engine & Coolant Low S80 2014

Could anyone help. The check engine light is on and the diagnostic says Cylinder misfire. The coolant is always below the minimum level and it gives the message. The Volvo in Egypt couldn't fix both. They just erase the error of the check engine but it of course comes again. As for the coolant they say that they didn't find any leakage. I don't think that the check engine is related to the coolant problem at all. Any advise please?

Are you having to add coolant from time to time? if so you have a leak or a head gasket problem. If the level is staying up top then it may be the level sensor at the top of the coolant reservoir.
