I have some damaged plastic gears in my manual climate controller arms. I cant figure out how to take it apart to look at broken pieces or find anyone that sells the parts. Everywhere offers the ECC but not the MCC. Am i stuck to manually pulling wires to adjust my temps? Any insight would be appreciated.

While I haven't had this happen personally, on an 850...wouldn't the simplest thing to do is get from a jy? You saying they are not available at local yards?

 

There must be a smashed up 850 somewhere that you can remove the mechanism..... believe me! they are a pain in the a#s# to change in pieces..... good luck !
