My wife's S80 started leaking fuel from the sending unit a few mouths ago and has not been the same since. I replace the o ring a few times the pressure sensor, fuel pump and it keeps clogging fuel filter??? I am on the 5th fuel filter. What is going on. When I changed the last filter the fuel was black/ dark gray with a very fine silt in it. Has any one seen this. Is part of the fuel system braking down and clogging the filters?

 

more likely you got some sediment from a gas pump (possibly from a fill up while the station was being filled by a truck). you may need to drain and clean the tank.
