Interior A/C blower fan coming on by itself , I’ve replaced Resistor and a/c interior blower motor . Still coming on without ignition being on . To turn it off , I have to stick in ignition and start it up . Has anyone gone through this?

To clarify - Is it coming on all by itself or is it simply staying on after you shut the car off?
Have you sat down and seen if it turns off after awhile?
