Synthetic or regular for a turbo

I recently purchased a s60 T AWD. I need an oil change--does this require synthetic oil? If so, can I extend the intervals to 5000 miles?

synthetic for turbo models at every 5000-7500miles

Full synthetic 10W-30 (5W-30 for frigid regions) with OEM filter. I do mine at every 3,500-4,000 miles or every 4 months.

For non-turbo, I use regular oil.
