Unknown bolts location

Unknown bolts location - Volvo V70
After doing repairs to upper cylinder, camshaft seals, water pump and timing belt, I find myself with two unusual bolts left over. The bolts are M7 43 mm overall, hex head with flange, first part is threaded and rest is not threaded.
Hope someone can recognise these bolts and tell me where they belong as I have spent a couple of hours looking for holes that they might fit. I don't have any parts left over that need attaching to the engine.
Volvo V70 Engine B5254S.
I have attached a photo - sorry that it is a little blurred.

Did you reuse the original bolts when replacing the idler or other components? My guess is the timing belt kit came with replacement bolts with thread lock to ensure they stay torqued for the next 100K miles... Also some kits are designed for multiple models (ie NA, Turbo, 850s, V70s etc) and the bolts may be for a later or different design from yours.
