Default V70 Memory loss?

(Posting here because it is probably related to modules in multiple cars, for instance this V70 and V80 are quite similar)

On a V70 (2009, my 2010), the Lane Departure Warning / Driver Assist camera looses its calibration data. It can be recalibrated, but after a stand still of a couple of hours the settings are lost again. This is already the case for over 1 year. Recently the seat memory (coupled to the car key) has some hiccups, the key is sometimes not recognised to start the car (it can open and close the doors), and the powered cargo door does not close using the button.

The local dealer offers to look into this, but friends have experience with them that they tend to replace lots of modules and the bill might reach multiple thousands of Euro's before they find the faulty one.So I'd like to know what might be causing this before letting them swap modules at random. My hunch is that a memory IC may have developed problems, because of the LDW/DA problem and the seat problem. Not sure if the back door problem is related.
I've been looking into getting VIDA, but could not find if this software can actually assist in tracking this issue down.

Does any of you have clues, suggestions, ways ahead?

Thanks in advance!
