Default Greetings from KCMO & a switch question

Hello all, for a year now I've owned a 2001 white w/ gray leather Volvo S40 1.9T. Got it at a good price and fairly low miles at the time, and for the most part its been a great daily driver for me to and from work. There is a hot/cold or red/blue switch below the hazard light switch that I cannot for the life of me figure out what purpose it serves. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi Ryan, welcome to the site.

Have you checked the owners manual? Posted in the S40 section?
