Default Hello all I'm new! 98 C70 2.3 Huffer Eng Auto
I have asked many but No answers yet... Car won't start.. fuel in the rail but no sound of a working fuel pump.. I can't find the relay ITS NOT where it is supposed to be No #103 just a 20 amp fuse in good cond.

Is there a fuel pump relay hidden somewhere else??

There is a fuel pump relay, but not there. Pelican Parts has a good website with diagnostic step-by-step with pictures. Take a look.
