Hello!

My name is Sebastian and I have just been introduced to the world of Volvo’s. Just recently I purchased my first car at the age of 18, and guess what it was? A Volvo! I purchased a 1995 Volvo 850 GLT 5 speed. Not only is this my first car, but it is also my first stick shift car and the 2nd one I’ve driven in my life(first one was the one I trained on which was a 90 Civic DX, was taught for 30 minutes).

After purchasing, well might I say, before purchasing, I absolutely fell in love with this car. It is a great car! Good gas mileage, nice exterior, decent interior, and everything worked(except the brake light switch). So far I’ve only faced one issue which is that the brake light switched I ordered didn’t last long so I’m getting a new one ordered for free, third times the charm!

I only came here because I want to have a place I can have help with my car, mainly since my car friends don’t know anything about Volvo. Heck! Before buying my car, I thought Volvo only made semi’s! (I am kinda an idiot). The only issue I face right now is that I want to put an aftermarket shift **** and boot on my car but don’t know how, but I won’t annoy y’all with that here.
