Hi, can anyone help. Volvo UK have emailed me stating that the ipod connector that the rest of the world has will be available early next year. I have found a US dealer that will ship me a genuine volvo connector for for my S60 D5 ( 2004 ) for the ipod. I am trying to find out if the US part will work in UK cars ?? I am assuming that the UK dealers won't touch it and it could affect my warranty.

Can anyone help with this

Hi I live in NZ and ordered a OEM Volvo Ipod adapter for my S80. HU-801 stereo
Works fine.

The adaptor comes with detailed installation instructions in colour and Volvo Ipod owner's manual.

My Ipod is a 30gb Video Ipod v1.1
The manual indicated that there is no guaranteed support. But it works!
