Default Looking forward to my New Daily Driver

Well just picked up my new Daily Driver. I always had a soft spot for these, so decided it was about time to grab one. Just picked up a 94 850 Turbo Wagon. In pretty good shape over all, needs some cosmetics like usual, but mechanically solid. Im colorblind so I thought it was a dark blue green, but apparently Its dark Blue LOL .

Anyway looking forward to getting it all situated and doing some light mods to it. After getting everything situated it on it going to go over it and make sure its solid before hand. But got it for a song, and the guy had records on it so Im comfortable with it.

Looking forward to gaining some knowledge from this

Welcome to the forum!

I have a '95 turbo and really do enjoy it. Mine as 197,500 on the clock (which still works) and I'm hoping to add a few more hundred k on it.

Do make sure you hit the critical maintenance stuff ASAP if it has not been done lately or you don't have those records. They are, and in this order:

1. Timing belt with rollers.
2. PCV system - full replacement.
3. Transmission service.

Other than that, check out the 850 section, we have a sticky called NEW 850 OWNERS. Learn what you can from there and do enjoy the car.
