well you need to figure out where the oil is leaking from. A common problem is the turbo oil return line seal - a $.10 part. The turbo oil return line is on the firewall side of the engine - you'll need to take the heat shield off to see it from the top or look from the bottom. Another possibility is there's an issue with the oil cooler / lines - they go from the front of the engine to the cooler which fits near the radiator. Its possible the car has an issue with the PCV system - there are hoses that come out of the block under the intake manifold go up to the oil separator then up to the intake. If the PCV system clogs, it can push oil out of the filler cap gasket, cam shaft seals. I'd also look at the dipstick to see if that may be loose or leaking. The thing about the gray smoke is whether its coming out of the tailpipe or from the oil being sprayed on the exhaust manifold/turbo. Sounds like you need to clean the engine as best you can, then run it for a bit to see if you can find a fresh trail of oil and go from there.

So its coming from the tailpipe and the leaking oil was from the dipstick but it is ticking alot also

if you have smoke from the tailpipe you'll need to see if you are consuming oil or coolant. I'd start by looking at the plugs to see if they are black/wet to get a sense if you are burning oil or leaking oil via the valve seals. Oil in the exhaust can be from the turbo seals or oil from the rings/valve seals. Ticking could be a sticky lifter, worn internal parts (bearings, lifters etc).
