RE: Stage 0
1. Cap and Rotor should remain OEM.
2. If your fuel pump isn't bad don't replace it. If it is bad then replace it with OEM. Unless your planning big mods that need a bigger better fuel pump then I would suggest a Walbro 195 I believe it is and or the 255 model.
3. Your car has the LPT engine thusly making you have a small turbo. Meaning you have a 13g turbo.

great thanks
1.does the T5 run a 15 or 16T .
2.which to use in this application.(Direct replacemant/LPT?)
3.The 16Tshould bring T5 HP to this GLT?
4.Stage 0,exhaust and flash close to 300HP?
5.IPD says they do not have a flash for the 16T.Is this true?
thanks for your time

2. Which to use depends on what you want to do. If you want to hold more PSI to redline you want to get a 15g and or a 16t because the tiny turbo on your car now wont hold 15 PSI to redline nor would it be truly safe to run 15PSI on that small of a turbo. If you want a used stock turbo or a new stock turbo then go for that. But it seems like you have plans and should go the 16t route.
3. NO. Just a 16t will not bring T5 power to your GLT.
4. Stage Zero, 3" mandrel bent downpipe to a 3" mandrel bent catback system and an ECU upgrade you are looking at a good 250-275 possibly. Maybe 300 if your turly lucky, but do not count on it. Expect 250-275 Hp.
5. If they say they don't they don't. They probably just tune to some specific peramiters and they don't do any custom tuning. That is why you should take a look into RICA and they can custom tune your ECU upgrade to what mods you have. Provided that you send them your ECU with some dyno graphs with A/F ratios. Meaning you should dyno your car after stage zero is complete to get a baseline. Once you have all your mods done (turbo, exhaust, intake) dyno again. Both times be sure to get A/F ratios as these are important to the ECU tuner. Then send your ECU and both sets of dyno results and wait for your ECU to be returned to you.
