My mechanic removed the exhaust clamp on my 1996 Volvo 850 glt and welded the two ends together. I have just been told by the previous owner that it would damage the flex end of the exhaust manifold. Folks, I need suggestions or advice as soon as possible before the exhaust assembly is damaged. Thanks.
