Hi,
I just got a job here in the US and after couple of months of savings, I finally be able to buy dream car (Volvo 1995 GLT Wagon).
I bought this car that has PA title. I paid everything and get the title but when I want to register my car I dont have a 'RE-ASSIGNMENT' sheet. I don't have any idea what it is, first, I thought I just need a Title andBill of Sale, that's it. But that is not enough paperwork to register the car. I am in Maryland by the way.

Been trying to contact the seller, he never replied my calls. Sucks. I ask "Title and Tag" agents and they could not do anything to register my car without that Re-assignment sheet.

I really need help. I have put all my $$$ in the car.
