What did you do to your car today?
I started pulling off the old wire sleeving from everything under the hood since the engine is out - i will do it again in black and red - one must protect the wiring properly if one is to keep said Volvo on the road- with that said- now i will go off to bed and have nightmares about how i forgot how it all goes back together --LMFAO
Recent updates: nice used anthracite Volans, pnp switch, timing belt, serp belt, ac compressor, top & bottom engine mounts,
radiator flush, glove box fixed, hoses & bilsteins. After 3 years of driving and waiting my heater core finally blew and what a mess. All front and rear floorboards were soaked in antifreeze. Luckily my mechanic was closeby and was able to fix within 24 hrs. I spent the next couple days cleaning the mess. Next two purchases hopefully will be IPD sway bars and IPD sport springs. Headliner is starting to sag? Is $450 too expensive?

Today i got the old engine out of my car and am now prepping the engine bay for the newly rebuilt replacement engine - photos will follow - it has been almost a year now since i bought my 96 platinum edition "KRISTINE" and its cost a lot of moolah -
approx $10,000 ( i have reciepts as proof) to date, on premium parts and 3 previous rebuilds before asshat me realized that engine #1 had a cracked cylinder. Upon recieving my replacement engine i realized that it also was in trouble so i just rebuilt it COMPLETELY -every weekend i was working on it rain or shine - now its time to do final assembly and get this crazy puppy going -- as of NOVEMBER 17TH IT WILL BE 1 YEAR AND I HOPE TO HAVE IT RUNNING ON ITS FIRST BIRTHDAY!! WISH ME LUCK --- MORE LATER
