What did you do to your car today?
new wiper blades...new tires...new battery....new ignition switch....change oil and filter
tried out the turbo...drives like a dream....2001 S40 1.9. 121k miles. Need to replace thermostat..already replaced the sensor. Soon she will be in tip top shape.
Need to give it a good cleaning...any ideas on what I need to restore the rubber on bumpers and doors ? What type of wax should I use ?

After hitting a bobcat on the interstate Tue night with my S80, spent Wed eve getting creative with zip ties and gorrilla tape to cobble the front end back together until it gets to the shop - estimate revealed the A/C condenser and the radiator also got bent in the impact.
Sanded and painted my top intercooler pipe and ground and painted my rear brake calipers..

Installed a 98 V70 XC gauge cluster in my 97 850 T5, COMPLETELY plug and play from the speedo to the trip computer! Could care less about synchronizing mileage which would cost me $400 from the dealer...
Also threw in a Sunpro Boost Gauge! Thanks RSPI for the knowledge (search function FTW). Volvo's are so badass, all I had to do for the install was connect a silicone vac line under the dash to the factory vacuum line, then put the black and red wires into the dimmer switch which required absolutely no cutting/splicing! Just lift the side of the connector and place the wires in!

Installed the tow hitch wiring. Plugged it into a friends trailer and it didn't work right. So, I'm wondering if my wire job is bad, his trailer messed up or my harness switch bad???
For the rear cargo cover, did you have to drill the holes in the side panels, or were they there already?
Had to drill the holes. It was easy, I used my rotozip because I couldn't find my drill bit.
