I need to do the same. What diameter did you drill the holes. Did you use the Volvo templates?

I just eyeballed it. The shade will set in the place where it goes, the ends pull in a little. Then I marked the plastic with a marker the same color as the plastic, put a mark on the bottom of the tabs and on the end of the tabs. Then I used the rotozip to cut into the plastic and made a O shape. I made one a little to big but it still fits tight and hides my stuff.

Replaced the sagging drivers side sun visor. (It was only sagging about 1/2", if anyone wants it let me know.)

Replaced a burned out bulb in the passengers side sun visor.

Touched up the paint on the hood.

Replaced the window washer sprayers with '99 S70 sprayers.

Replaced my armrest with a black leather one (it was greyish so I Forever Blacked it).

The one I had with the fake suade was worn out, stained and broken. The surface of it showed a crack under the material and when I leaned on it I could feel it give way some. So, I took it apart to swap the cup holder and low and behold the replacement arm rest was cracked under the leather as well. I could see the crack under both of them but the one I had been using was worse, it had a double Y crack 8" long vs the newer one had just a Y crack about 6-1/2" long. So I decided to epoxy the bottom side of both armrests. I may get the older one recovered (planning to have the front seats reskined).

Replaced the trim on the right side of my rear center head rest (get that?).

Swapped out my ignition switch to see if it would help my floating temp gauge (not).

Installed 2 new clips in my rear hatch (it's quiet).

@Matt, that's for the laugh. I like the lights now that I did it.

@Matt, I stopped leaving rubber. I have to balance almost every time I do.
