What was your first car?

First car my parents were going to buy me was a nice Acura Integra . . . but drivers training requirements were 'parent must go to' so after being lectured again and again on '75% of new drivers wreck their cars in the first 6 months' they decided on something a bit more disposable so instead I got a 88 Dodge Daytona for 900 from the dealer. I wrecked it in two weeks. And I wasn't even doing anything interesting! I got a 2nd 88 Dodge Daytona for 200 to try and fix the first, then when that failed was a 85 Honda Prelude SI for 950 . . . So very very cute. It broke down.
So the next car, and first car I bought with my own money was a 87 BMW 325 Bavaria for 1850. Very cute, and unlike previous cars 4 door! I'd learned I didn't like 2 door. It lasted all through undergrad. I really miss this car.
It got killed by Hurricane Rita so my dad got me my 96 Volvo 850 . . . I didn't appreciate it as much as I could have 'you got me a boring white family sedan to replace my adorable little BMW?'
I had it for 5 years or so and was getting frustrated with repairs, shops taking forever to fix (if they were even willong to work on it), parts always needing to be ordered from afar etc I gave up and bought an 03 F150 figuring F150s were the most dirt common vehicle in existence. Still have it for taking trash out etc
Needed to move, suffered sticker shock at looking at rental costs for UHauls, bought a 94 E350 17ft box truck for cheaper than renting one. Driven 1 way from Kansas City to Texas and is now a storage shed. Still own it but it is a storage shed now.
Since I didn't want to commute with my F150 I got a 99 Taurus wagon. I've always wanted a wagon. It didn't last long before engine went.
My Volvo had been resting for 4-5 years by this point, jumpstarted it and had it go in and get new battery, timing belt, and oil change and back on the road . . . My dad picked out said Volvo for me so I have feelings towards it. It is used as an in town commuter mostly and backup, but it still moves
My current daily driver is an 04 Civic coupe EX, it is cute and fuel efficient and I can almost forgive it for being a 2 door. My coworker bought it new and pampered it lavishly with only 65k miles on it in 2016 and full dealer maintenance history, and I knew he was a cool dude who wouldn't knowingly sell me a lemon.

First car I (partly) owned was a '76 AMC Pacer. That was traded for a '79 VW Dasher Diesel, which yielded to an '85 Honda Civic. The '85 gave way to a '97 Civic, then an '04 Toyota Corolla and finally a 2007 Saab 9–3 which we still own.
In '83 we became a 2-car household when I bought a rusty, ex-postal service International Scout with RHD which I traded in on a Mazda B2000 pickup that same year. The Mazda was traded in on a 1990 Pontiac Trans Sport minivan, which I drove for 16 years until I got a 2004 Toyota Avalon. Last week I gave the Avalon to my daughter and bought my Volvo.
