Default ‘91 240 door handle access (there isn’t any)

Hello! My exterior driver’s door handle sheared off somewhere towards the back, so I’m replacing it. There are a handful of great posts on here about taking the doors apart, and they got me as far as popping the broken handle out. But others’ photos show a convenient cutout in the metal of their door frame. Mine is inaccessible behind the actual metal of the door.Anyone already dealt with the same, or have any suggestions on how I can get in there to get the last torx screws out?

You have to get in there with a torx bit and remove it, whatever it takes, the plastic is clipped and it's OK to remove. And when you reassemble it, replace the missing screw on the other side--the handle needs it to work properly!
