Default 1990 245 not enough fuel when cold, low end

Hey there,

I recently had a fuel issue... It started in the low end (from a stop or when first shifting into a gear) when it was cold. I replaced the oxygen sensor with a cheapo one because a friend had it laying around. That did nothing. The problem got worse so I took it in, and the shop replaced the oxygen sensor with a bosch one, and there was also a problem with the Engine Temperature sensor (it was leaking coolant and erratic), which they replaced. It drives WAY better now, but still chugging on the low end before it receives enough fuel to run smoothly. The Fuel Pump was tested and is OK, the pre-pump has been replaced recently, the air mass meter was tested and is OK, there is good fuel pressure at the fuel rail, the fuel pressure regulator is OK, what gives? Is there an adjustment somewheres that could be off? There are no blown fuses and no error codes.

Thanks!
