Default 95 940 turbo fuel run extreme rich,or not enough air? GOD Help me???

hi,there.
I am new to this forum.
Somebody please help me out!
I Just recently got a 95 940 turbo that was not runing due to engine overheating.
After replaced the engine, car still wouldn't not run.
and I am in a big mess.

recently replaced with ECU, mass air flow meter, temperature sensor, reference sensor. idle control valve
and I check most of wires, it seems not wring problems.

The Car can be started ONLY IN THE following way,
everytime I have to lifted up the whole injector rail/ injector, disconnect the mass air flow meter, the injectors is up in air about 1/3 inch instead of sitting in the intake manifold, then cranks the engine, NOW Engine will start
idle is so high due to vacuum leak, and engine might back fire little. After starting, I dropped down the injectors/ rail u slightly onto intake manifold, but still allow some outside air to suck through 4 injector holes on the intake manifold (since I didn't push 4 injector into the hole firmly) . CAr will maintain running, the idle roughly about 2000 rpm, purge up and down. While car is running like an idiot, I shift from Park to D, car will immediately stall.

I replace the MAF already and check its wiring, it all seems fine. It seemed like the system is either running too rich, too much fuel, or there is not enough air ( air restriction in turbo charger or intercooler ), I have let some extra atmosphere air entering in order to let the car run.

Anyone suggestion Pleas??

What about the idle motor and the throttle body?
