1991 740 non-turbo fuel lines
My return fuel hose from the fuel rail was visibly worn and cracked, so I pulled one end free to measure the ID and that was enough to kill it. Leaked badly after reconnecting. It has been replaced.
The supply fuel hose looks OK externally and shows no signs of leaking, but I'm still sketched out about it, knowing that it hasn't likely been replaced since the return line was, if ever. While my general default is to leave things alone if they're not failing/showing signs of failing, this one thing I'm inclined to change out before it becomes trouble.
Can anyone tell me the ID diameter and approximate length of this hose? I'd rather have the replacement part in hand before I begin pulling the old one.
