Default 242, engine swap or carby turbo

I just recently got my 1984 242 DL to pass inspection and it’s now legally roadworthy again.
Just as I was driving it home my friend noticed it was leaking oil and lo and behold the camshaft seal seems to have gone kablamo.

Now I’m thinking.
Do I fix the B19K that’s in the car.

if I do, will the tall type Solex Cisac be able withstand about 0.7 BAR of boost or am I gonna have to dish out some 700 odd € for a pair of Weber 45’s that I know can handle it

If I don’t bother to fix it, would the M45 trans bolt up to a B5252S from an 855 as I find myself to be in posession of one.
I’m betting it doesn’t and google isn’t being kind by giving me the bellhousing bolt patterns so prolly gonna have to get an adapter plate to go with it.

I have a Garrett M24 that I pulled from a Nissan X-trail that I was planning to use on my Subaru but plans changed so now that’s free for other projects.

What’s you guys’ opinion on the matter?

I personally do love the sound of the B5 but I’m unsure of the adaptability of the parts.
