84 240 pumps not going
Hi, I have an 84 240. I was in traffic and heard an electrical "bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt" come from the passenger side floorboard area and the car died. It will turn over, but will not start. I don't hear the fuel pumps running when the car is on. Both were replaced in the last year or 2. I tried replacing the fuel relays, but still no luck. The relays don't click when the car is on. Checked and cleaned the fuse contacts as well.
Sooo...I see there is an expensive looking H-tronic box in the floorboard area as well. I think something fried and at this point I am guessing it wasn't the relays. What do I do next?

Update - So i jumpered fuses 5 and 7. The pumps run and it sounds like fuel is flowing into the engine compartment. It started up for a split second the first time I turned the key, but it died immediately and will only turn over now.
