Default 93 240 a/c question

I recently recharged my a/c, about a month ago. The a/c cooled really good, but about some days ago, i noticed this weird noise that appears to come from the 2center vents, like a rattling sound, to be specific it sounds like old leafs being blown by the wind, and some water particles spills out through the vent, just a little. It only happens when the fan is on high (4) and you accelerate from full stop, thats when you hear the most, and the car spits on you, some particles. Have anyone had this problem? I'll probably just make a video so you guys can have an idea of what Iam talking about.

do you smell any coolant in the passenger compartment?

if not, its probably just some debris got sucked up by the blower fan, and the drops of moisture are condensation ... maybe the drain hose in the evaporator box is clogged so the condensation isn't draining..

Right on the money Pierce Les Claypool, I noticed my pssenger and driver carpets are getting wet. I did not use the A/c for 1 day. and problem went away. So it tells me that the drain is really clogged. Now....how do unclog that thang?

if you can figure out which hose under the car it is, run a coat hanger or something up it to poke out whatever is blocking it.

So whilst upgrading my sound system this weekend, I was able to remove passenger side lower console cover, and reached the a/c drain hose, it very easy to thake the hose out and remove the drain plug inside the hose ( Idk why they have that thing in there ) it looks like a white plastic plug with a tiny hole in the middle. just remove that, and put the hose back in, and voila! problem solved. well... half solved for me, because i also have leaks on the actual blower cover, the pl,astic is broken, and it was serviced by volvo PO had receipts, the techs at volvo just put some kind of a black play dough around the plastic box to help seal it, now it only sweat around the box, but no more carpet flooding, so Iam happy.
