Hello To All. I have no power to the primery ignition coil and no voltage on the fuel pump fuses. I measured the voltagewith the ignition key in the start/run position. I believe it is the Igniton Control Module. I found one on ebay but it wil not work if the vehical has an EGR valve. I do not know if the car has an EGR valve. The 94 940 turbo 4cyl only has 250,000 miles. Can any one offer anyhelp? I have spent days working on it. Thanks

 

You measured voltage when the key first turned on? The fuel pump will only have power for a few seconds.
Do you hear the relay clicking when turning the key on?
Do you have injector pulse?
You might have a bad engine speed sensor as well as an injector relay.
