Exclamation 940 turbo problem...HELP!!!

Hows it going my fellow brick lovers....
I've been a lurker here since i got my 940 n really enjoy the threads here...

But today i have a problem...
- So i just got my car back from the county... long story short it was sitting since october of last year and im just getting it back in april...

Background
When i bought her ...
when i came to a dead stop then take off and slam on the brake she cuts off
lights still on... and starts right back up
-Was told it is probably a dirty fuel filter or fuel lines ( what do you think)

Now this week
I drove her home (20 miles) and Mrs.Susan Brickly ran great...
The guy told me he needed to give her a jump but no problems after that...
So about a week later my battery dies... i went to advance auto parts to get it charged and checked(they do it free)
The print out came out and said my battery is good...

Well 2 days ago i was taking it around the block to warm up and the abs light came on...
She then began to ride sorta rough then i see the check engine light on...
I put her n park and went about my day...
Yesterday i took her for a drive.. she ran perfect with no problem...
On my way home the abs light came and the radio kept cutting off then back on... she then started riding rough once again...
Before i could pull in my parking spot she cut off but the light and dash lights were still working...But she wouldnt turn over to start up
Today i went to start her n she wont turn over... again dash lights and everything work but the engine wont turn over.... when i turn the key all the way.. the dash lights dim...
Once n normal position they are bright..

Dash lights read
-Abs
-Check engine (wasnt on before this)
-Overdrive arrow (wasnt on before this)
-Oil (wasnt on before this)

I really need any advice you could help me with...
I know nothing about cars for the most part ops: and am trying to learn..
What doo you think the problem/problems could be...
Do you think the beginning problem has to do with the fuel filter or lines..

Thank you

Intermittent battery cell short.
Lowers battery to below 12v so starter wont work but lights and accessories still run under full 12volts.
The battery test was probably done when the short was not occurring.
Hence the test result showing as ok.
Had this exact issue on the wifes car about 3-4 weeks back.
On repeating the test whilst the car would not start, the battery this time failed and only showed about 10 volts output.
New battery now fitted and no problems since.

Pay to check out your battery leads and cable to starter also to ensure good connections and proper earthing.

when the engine is not running, and you turn on the ignition all the lights are SUPPOSED to light up, they go out when the engine is running and everything is OK.

I seriously doubt it's he fuel filter or fuel lines, that would be WAY down on my list. fuel pumps (there's two different pumps) and/or fuel pump relay, MAYBE, but if your starter isn't turning over, you have a dead battery or bad wiring.

All electric related for sure. May be due to failing instrument panel circuit board which will affect the battery charging, etc.

say, when you turn the key on, does the ALT/BATT light also light up? that one is critical to your charging system. if everything is working correctly, key on lights the light, then when the engine starts, it goes out, thats how its supposed to work, and that indicates the alternator is charging. no BATT/ALT light at initial power on can mean A) the bulb is out, B) the D+ wire is disconncted, or C) the diode bridge in the alternator is dead.

no charging means your battery runs down as the car runs (it takes probably 100-200 watts to run the fuel injection and ignition systems), til the voltage gets so low the car can't run any more.

good test: put the battery on a charger overnight or until the charger says its fully charged, then disconnect teh charger and wait a couple hours. read the battery voltage with a volt meter, it should be around 12.6V for a fully charged battery. now start the car, and assuming the altnerator light came on, then went out when it started, you should be seeing about 13.8V (or 1.2V higher than the 'at rest' voltage), if so, then your charging system is working. if not, fix it.

My alt/batt light isnt coming up....
Only check engine,overdrive,abs...

I noticed the abs light came on right before the car would begin to mess up...
Once it stopped the rest would show up...then no start

well, you need to fix that and ensure the charging system is functioning, or all bets are off. The alternator light on your dashboard is connected to the D+ terminal on the battery, which is the small wire and screw (not the ground wire). if that wire is broken, your alternator can't 'bootstrap' itself and start charging. ditto if the ALT light is burned out.

most all your other symptoms sound like they easily could be from low voltage, caused by this.
