95 940 no fuel pump relay

95 940 has been running for years with no fuel pump relay. I checked. It's not there. I don't understand. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

The fuel pump relay for the Turbo cars is in position 2/13. Non turbo cars use a 4 pin square relay to power the fuel pump in position 2/23.
