Default capping off brake line on 1986 740 GLE Wagon

I recently bought a 1986 740 Wagon. The car had a damaged control arm and a warped strut causing wheel rub and blowouts. I got my hands on a wheel assembly from a 1992 940 from the junk yard. Its brake caliper like my other Volvo 740 has one brake line feed but my Wagon has 2. Can one of those lines be capped off or does the second one work as an E. Brake?

The extra brake line isn't for the e-brake. The front brakes are dual circuit in that it still provides braking capability even if one brake line springs a leak. Part of the safety system of your car.

Why don't you just swap your old caliper onto the new assembly?

'86 has no ABS, the 940 does; not a good match for swapping. I also doubt if they even look the same?

Hahaha yea combing the parts from the '92 with the parts on the '86 is completely out of the question. Calipers dont match, rotars different sizes, it would had took a metal saw to make it mesh.. On a better note though atleast the '92 that finally showed up in my junk yard had the regina parts you guys always hear me hoopin and hollerin about in other threads. I might be able to get the 91 740 i own running right too.
