OK so how many volts its normal for The O2 What should it read should I just disconecct the O2 plug and put the voltimeter and does the engine needs to be turn on and what do you mean by the vacuum leak i know how to work on this cars but not an expert can u be more specififc please... its jjust that i want the car in perfect condition for my girlfriend and she is picky when she see a Chek engine light on... thanks in advanced
The 232 is a long term fuel trim code. Which is a vacuum leak. Check all vacuum hoses and spray around the intake manifold with the car running. If the idle changes the intake gasket is leaking.
To test the O2 sensor find the single wire on the firewall on the passenger side. There should be 3 wires total. 2 wires in one plug and 1 in a seperate plug. Slide the boot back on the single wire and connect the positive lead from the meter on the terminal. Then ground the other side. Then start the car is should sweep from 0 to 1 volt I believe but it should sweep all the time.
Check those and let us know.

Actually i moved back to Puerto Rico Where Im from I sold a 940 that i had there in orlando. So Im gonna do that. what if the light comes on again what do you recommend Tech.
