Coolant leak, fixable?
yeah, there's a gasket ring between the overhang of the head and the top of the water pump, it looks like its failed. aftermarket ones are notoriously uneven quality.

you're going to need to remove teh pump to replace that gasket, so I'd plan on replacing this main gasket, too,

if your pump is about 120000 miles or more old, it might not be a bad idea to preemptively replace it, as thats about how long the better ones are good for. recommended practice from the factory was to replace the pump every other timing belt (timing belt is a 60k mile interval)

Ok thanks a lot! I think I will replace it along with seals under the timing cover bc I think one is leaking.
I want to use the OEM parts or at least as good as OEM, is the HEPU good, or should I stick with OEM Volvo part?
