Disconnecting radio amplifier on a '93 240?

Disconnecting radio amplifier on a '93 240?

If I disconnect and toss the radio amplifier that sits behind the bottom of the center consul will anything bad happen?

You will lose your sound.

Yes you will gain .002 seconds on your 0-60 due to less weight in the car!
