Default Drive line replace/rebuild and center bearing

Well, I'm surprised the joint in the middle of my driveshaft hasn't already popped out. Its ground itself almost all the way out of the joint.

I'm wondering how tough it is to replace the joints and center bearing...I just got this 1978 245 station wagon, but I've only worked on 740's before, and never done a driveline.
Any advice, links, and warnings would be severly appreciated.

Also, I have to replace the brake pressure warning sensor (little plastic plug) because its leaking fluid. This seems easy enough, but when you start thinkin stuff is going to be easy, sometimes that puts you on the highway to the dangerzone, and fast. Any heads-up on this too?

Thanks
