Hi, I've got an 88 240DL and the A/C compressor is seized up. How should I got about putting the belts on the bypass the A/C while still keeping the power steering?

 

Well, technically, it's the clutch that has seized...if it were the comp, the clutch would still allow freewheeling. There are a/c delete's sold occasionally on turbobricks. If you're considering never repairing the a/c that would be the way to go. Sounds like you'll have Popeye arms soon!
