Engine problem
Hello Everybody,
I own a Volvo 740 turbo 1986 4 cylinders, and I have got a problem with its engine. It started 2 weeks ago when I was driving in freeway and engine hesitated. I changed spark plugs, their wires, distributor and rotor caps, and finally fuel pump. It doesn't hesitate now, but the engine is very shaky. When the engine is cold, it shuts off by itself! sometimes when I change gear to drive, it turns off again!!! Could you please let me know what else I may do to fix the problem?

Welcome to the Forum.
It sounds like it could be an issue with a vacuum leak. I would check all your vacuum connections first. If that does not fix the issue, then I would check the codes stored in the computer to see what else to look into.
