Default hard start

Here's another one. I have a 1993 240 and for the past couple of days it doesn't start that easy when cold.
As soon it warms up it runs perfect, idles good. Turn it off and starts good again.
It seems like it doesn't like the cold. I got all new, distributor, rotor, wires, fuel pumps, injectors, ecc..
Any ideas?
Thanks all
This web site is great. I got a lot of help from you guys.
Thanks

Default RE: hard start

Pull the codes, see if its the coolant temp sensor,
if thats gone bad you won't get a signal to trigger the cold start injector,
hence hard cold starts.

I've had that problem and also when the injector relay was going bad it became increasingly hard to start, but ran once it got going. If you have 2 relays on the coolant bottle bracket just swap them and see if that fixes it.
It ought to show as a bad signal in the injector codes, but it doesn't say where.
Pull the codes anyway.
