Default Help with Labda Adjustment???

We have recently put an 02 sensor, mass air flow and TPS in our sons 1991 940 turbo and the check enging light is still coming on. When we pulled the codes we are still getting 2-3-1 and 2-3-2. From the list we have found on this forum it is stating something about a lambda adjustment and we aren't too sure what that is and how to do this. The fuel pressure is at 22PSI. Can you help?

Those codes mean a vaccum leak somewhere.
