my volvo 1995 940 has a sun roof and i belive the leak i am seeing is comeing from inside my head liner when i took the head linner down and put sealer up on the 4 corners of the drains where the metle meets and forms a seems as i saw water dripping how ever it still leaks any thoughts ???

 

Possible rubber seal has dried out.

I regularly spray all rubber door and sun roof seals with Holts Rubber and Nylon Lubricant to stop the rubber drying out. It can also be used when the seal has dried out as it helps it to regain its elasticity.
