Default left blinkers dead after doing other work on car

So I'm about halfway through doing a blower motor and blower motor resistor swap out on my 1986 Volvo 240 DL and before putting everything back together completely I went to test everything and now I'm noticing my left blinkers are just totally dead. This is not a bulb issue, as the front and back and the indicator inside the car just do nothing now. The right blinker works just fine.

Any idea what I can check to see where it might be disconnected? I'm thinking it's gotta be in that mess of wires that connected above and around the steering column but I made sure they were all fully connected before putting the casing back on it so I'm not so sure.

does the emergency blinker circult work ? the diagram doesn't show where the turn signal blinker relay is grounded, but I bet its right near the relay, which is right near where those door lock relays are. it too is a black ground wire.

I have to check the hazards tomorrow. I thought of that myself earlier and am not sure if they completely work, partially work, or not at all.
I definitely have all of the original grounds attached back to their original screw. There were four there initially and there are four there now.

The hazards fully work with the left and right blinkers working in the front and back.

So this issue was caused by a disconnected wire on the steering column. It's fixed now.
