mystery connector

Default mystery connector

I have a blue connector located front right near the headlamp area, 2 wire no clue where or what it goes to...any ideas

I believe it has ome sort of diagnostic abilities. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone, but I believe you can ground the one wire to take the ECU out of the equation.

Is that black and red? I think its for the headlight wiper motor ....

Without knowing the year or model, I'll hazard a wild guess. I'll go along with Bubba on the headlight wiper motor.

Volvo often wired all their cars the same for options to be added easily. It's likely some sort of option wiring like for head light wipers or something like that.

General rule for working on things and keeping things working good... If it aint broke, don't fix it.

Lightbulb The answer is ...

Its for the wagon's rear washer pump.
