Default Oil flooded cylinders, 0,0,0,60 compression

Hey guys,

I was driving around 40mph and the engine suddenly sunk to idle for 5 seconds then shut off. I haven't been able to get it started since. Each spark plug was drenched in oil, and each tested at 0 compression except the front cylinder, nearest the grille, which test at 60.

Is this a head gasket?

note: I did not see any coolant in the cylinder mix.
