Window switches are really cheap at rockauto.com. I actually paid twice as much at my local parts store just because I used to work there and wouldn't have any trouble with returns if I didn't need them all (I bought four, for 40 bucks. They are five bucks on rockauto.) I'd replace both switches for your passenger window with new parts and see if it fixes anything before I swapped window motors or regulators, because there is so little expense or work involved to replace the switches. Worked in my 1992 240 wagon.
